Return Policy

Notions and supplies may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and in the condition you received them
In their original packaging, with tags or labels attached
Accompanied by a receipt or order number

Please send returns to us, not to the manufacturer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm it arrived and let you know whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.

Final Sale

DIY kits, fabric, gift cards, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Opened notions and used thread, yarn, or floss cannot be returned.

Refunds

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return.

If it wasn’t marked as a gift, or the buyer shipped it to themselves first, the refund will go to the original buyer.
